Our Plan for the New Year

So... 2020, arguably the worst year to start a decade with, is coming to a close. It hasn't been all bad, though.

314Dragon was founded this year (On the first of September, to be exact), and has already grown a lot more than I imagined it would. We've managed to get two new team members on board: Citrax and Azor, who have both allowed amazing things to happen for this team.

So, what's coming next? Our team is rather small and our plugins are unorganized, so we plan to change that.

In 2021, we plan to release ERA, a brand-new plugin set for M4L which will allow you to take full control of your lights and sampling. ERA is a huge plugin set which will, all in all, consist of a dozen plugins, all carefully coded to work seamlessly with one another, yet still be able to work with other every other plugin you might use.

A lot of time and effort is going into these plugins to make sure that they work as intended, and that no gaps are left in functionality. We want to create a flexible ecosystem of many parts that can still work in tandem with other plugins, so that you don't feel limited.

Our team is dedicated to making the best possible plugins to create the best possible workflow for creating lights using MaxForLive.

You can read all about the plugin set in the documentation and plans here. Anyone is able to comment on this document, so feel free to use that to leave any feedback. As always, our plugins are available for free beta testing in our Discord server.

As for our team, we plan on expanding even more, and reaching out to new MaxForLive devs to strengthen our team. We also plan on collaborating with other teams and independent developers to bring you amazing new plugins.
