The Idea
Era is a set of 14 MaxForLive plugins specifically designed to enhance workflow for creating covers and lightshows in Ableton live.
How To Use
However you want! There's no real one way to use this plugin set. You can use one plugin, or all of them. If you only want one of these plugins, you can download it by clicking the image next to its description.

Plugins
Supersonic
A re-creation of Ableton's Drum Rack in MaxForLive, specifically tailored for standard sampling. Features 8 Choke groups and fade in/out options for each sample. Enable Mapping Mode to automatically map selected samples on the Ableton Timeline using your Launchpad buttons. This plugin shows up in Ableton under the Max Instrument folder.
ERA Controller
This plugin serves as a manager for your pages and triggers for the project. In the Bus mode, you are able to edit the settings for your project, including autopage, MIDI triggers to stop Ableton playback, and more. For an in-depth guide, refer to the LaunchBUS tutorial. The plugin is different but the setup process is similar.
Also includes an ERA Sender and Receiver device for moving MIDI around a project file.
Borealis
A simple velocity-to-velocity remapper. Create a custom Velocity chart by selecting which velocity you want to change on the top knob, and set which velocity you want to change it to on the bottom knob. Using the 'Listen" feature, you can use the Spectrum plugin to select your velocities. Conversions are saved if the top knob is moved, so one Borealis device is capable of remapping the entire Velocity range.
Fader
Works similar to other fade plugins, however keeps the device width the same. Fader also displays which velocity colours are used in the plugin, reducing the need to remember velocity colours or playing back the fade to make sure your colours are right.
You can set colours using the Listen button and Spectrum.
You can also select whether to control your fade by the time that each colour stays lit, or by the length of the entire fade itself.
Spectrum
Used to display velocity values for projects using custom palettes. Also acts as a colour picker for Fader and Borealis. You can select between the Default Ableton palette, a Custom palette, or the Legacy/Launchpad S palette. The Custom palette by default is the 314Dragon MXOS Palette. Includes an optional secondary layout which may help with readability for some palettes.
